Welcome to Bliss Spa & Massage. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1.2 Services Provided 

Our website provides information regarding spa treatments, packages, pricing, gift  and booking services. Bliss Spa & Massage reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. 

1.3. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to book any services through this website. Minors must have parental consent for any spa treatments. 

1.4. Booking Policy

 All  bookings are subject to availability. 

A credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.  

1.5.  Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in cancellation fee or the forfeiture of  deposits.

No- shou may be charged in full. 

1.6. Refund Policy 

Refunds for spa services are not provided unless there is an error or failure on our part. 

Gifts and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request.

1.7. Gift Packages 

Gifts packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase 

Gift packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

1.8. Health &  Safety 

Before undergoing any treatment, please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or other health issues that may affect your spa experience. We are not liable for any reactions or issues arising from undisclosed conditions. 

1.9. Limitation of Liability 

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. However, Bliss Spa & Massage shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your visit, unless due to gross negligence on our part.

We collect personal information such as name, contact information, and payment details when you make a booking or purchase services.  This data is collected to manage your booking, process payments, and improve our services.

3.2.  Deposits 

Certain bookings or packages may require a deposit to secure  the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to reschedule appointments if proper notice is given. 

4. Code of Conduct 

4.1. Spa Etiquette

We aim to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please respect the quiet environment and the privacy of other guests. 

Cell phones should be silenced. 

Proper attire should be worn during treatments.

Respect the personal space of other guests.

4.2. Harassment 

Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and ask any individual to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. 

5. Changes to Terms & Policies 

Bliss Spa & Massage reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
